Shared with me

Everything teammates have specifically granted you access to, gathered in one place.

When someone grants you access to a file, it shows up in your Shared with me list — even if the file is private and lives in a folder you’d never browse. It’s the quickest way to see what’s been handed to you, and pairs naturally with the notification you get at the moment of sharing.

No matter how you find a file — search, recents, suggestions — Geniviv only ever shows you files you’re allowed to see. A private file you haven’t been granted won’t surface in any list. So you can search freely, confident you’re never peeking at something you shouldn’t.

In your file lists, a Who can access column shows, at a glance, who’s on each file — your teammates’ avatars, or “Everyone” when a file is organization-wide. You can see how a file is shared without opening it.
