Plans & seats

LMG Core pricing is simple: you pay per seat, and a seat is a slot for one person on your team. This page explains how that works and how to grow.

A seat is one member’s place in your organization. Your plan comes with a number of seats, and:

  • Each member uses one seat.
  • Each pending invitation uses one seat too — because that person is on their way in.

So your “seats used” is your real team size: everyone who’s in, plus everyone you’ve invited.

Each plan allows up to a certain number of seats. When you choose or change a plan, LMG Core shows you how many seats it includes (“up to N seats”), and the checkout lets you pick how many you need within that limit.

You’ll never be quietly charged for unlimited seats — every plan has a clear ceiling, and you choose where you sit under it.

Most plans start with a free trial, so you can set up your organization, invite your team, and try the platforms before you commit. When the trial ends, your plan continues on its normal terms — no surprises, and you’ll know where you stand the whole way.

As your team grows, you have two moves when your seats fill up:

  1. Free up a seat — remove a member who’s no longer active, or cancel a pending invitation. That seat becomes available immediately.

  2. Upgrade — move to a plan with more seats when your team genuinely needs to be bigger.

Billing is an Admin responsibility. Admins choose the plan, set the number of seats, and manage the subscription from organization settings. Members don’t need to think about any of it — they just work.
