Your account

Your account is you — separate from any one organization. It travels with you across every organization you belong to.

Your profile

Your profile is how teammates recognize you:

• Name — shown wherever you act: uploads, shares, comments, the members list.
• Avatar — your display picture. Upload your own, or LMG Core shows your initials. Your choice sticks — signing in again never overwrites it.

You can update these any time from your user settings.

Why your name matters

When you share a file or upload a new version, your teammates see your name on the activity and in their notifications. A clear name and avatar make collaboration feel human.

Preferences

Your settings also hold personal preferences — like your locale, which shapes how dates and language appear for you. These are yours alone and don’t affect anyone else on the team.

Belonging to more than one organization

You can be part of several organizations — say, your own label and a partner studio. Each is a separate, private workspace with its own members, files, and billing.

LMG Core always shows you one organization at a time. Use the organization switcher to move between them; your files and teammates change to match the organization you’re in.

Tip

Your account stays the same everywhere — same name, same avatar. Only the organization around you changes when you switch.

Signing out

You can sign out at any time from your account menu. Your work is saved continuously, so there’s nothing to lose by leaving — pick up right where you left off next time.
