Setting up your organization

After you sign up and choose a plan, LMG Core guides you through setting up your organization. It’s a short, friendly flow — and everything you set here can be changed later.

  1. Your profile.

    Your name and avatar — how teammates will recognize you across the platform. Your avatar is yours to control: upload a picture, or LMG Core shows your initials.

  2. Organization details.

    Name your organization and add its basic details. This is the workspace your whole team will share, so pick a name everyone will recognize.

  3. Branding.

    Add your organization’s look — logo and identity — so the space feels like yours.

  4. Invite your team.

    Add the people you work with by email, and choose a role for each. Invitations go out right away, and each person joins as soon as they accept. You can skip this and invite people later.

  5. Review.

    A final look at everything before you finish. Confirm, and you’re in.

When you finish, you land on your dashboard — the home base for your organization. From here you can:

  • Open the Geniviv platform to start working with files.
  • See widgets summarizing recent activity, storage use, and team stats.
  • Reach organization settings to adjust details, branding, members, and billing.

Didn’t invite everyone during setup? No problem. You can invite teammates any time from your members settings. See Members & roles for how invitations and roles work.
